Mongolia, early 20th c.H. 24 cm
The teapot is standing on a high everted foot embossed with a band of lotus petals inlaid with red coral beads interlinked with turquoise ones, surmounted by a bulbous-shaped body set with rectangular jade plaques between red coral and turquoise inlaid petals and flower heads, curved spout, looped handle and a hinged cover topped with a lotus-bud.
